Former Attorney Kelly G Rogers moved to Middleton Prison



Memorial Day is a time to remember all those who fought and died to protect the Freedoms we enjoy each and every day. Most of us take those freedoms for granted.

So on this Memorial day, enjoy the fact that this guy is NOT enjoying ANY freedom at all!

His name is Kelly Gordon Rogers. In fact, Rogers was recently moved out of the Dallas County Jail (Transferred to testify against Richard Weyand) and into the John W. Middleton Prison in Abilene, TX. Looks like a nice country club to me.

It's a crying shame Carrie has gotten away without doing ANY jail time for her lying, cheating and manipulating. I'd love to hear how she is explaining the entire episode to others to cover-up her role in their fleecing of friends and business associates.

NEW MUGSHOT FOR FELON KELLY G ROGERS

Kelly G Rogers was booked into the Dallas County Jail on February 17th, 2015. He currently resides in the North Tower, 3E04. Here's his latest mugshot.

Apparently, Rogers was shipped from the JW Hamilton Prison to the Dallas County Jail to testify in the DK Joint Ventures, et al vs. Richard Weyand case 3:07-CV-0509-K. However, that case was settled on February 20, 2015.

Yet, here he sits in the Dallas County Country Club.

In the past week, we checked into his status within the TDCJ and saw his current status as Temporary Release. WHAT?!! How could he get out at this point? Didn't the Parole board get all the letters?

But then we took a collective sigh of relief. According to the Dallas County Jail Website, his charge is WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS AD TESTIFICANDUM (A writ of habeas corpus orders the custodian of an individual in custody to produce the individual before the court to make an inquiry concerning his or her detention, to appear for prosecution (ad prosequendum) or to appear to testify (ad testificandum).

He looks happy and I think the color of his jumpsuit fits within his color palette better than the prison orange...don't you?

Ladies and Gentlemen, Amway diamond Kelly Rogers and his now famous quote; "What ever I did, I never had to compromise the really important things in my life. I never had to compromise my morals, I never had to compromise my ethics, and I never had to compromise, believe it or not, time with my family".

Don't forget to write your letter to the Parole board about this ethical giant.

Kelly Gordon Rogers in the News again

It's the gift that keeps on giving. February 24th, 2015 story headline: "16 Texas Lawyers Disciplined on February Bar List".

On Nov. 26, 2014, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation in lieu of discipline of Kelly G. Rogers [#17194020], 56, of Dallas. At the time of Rogers’s resignation, a judgment of conviction by jury had been entered in Case No. 380-81033-2012 styled The State of Texas v. Kelly Gordon Rogers in the 401st District Court of Collin County, wherein Rogers was found guilty      of felony theft and was sentenced to 20 years in the Correctional Institutions Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Rogers was further ordered to pay a fine in the amount of $10,000 and court costs of $481.50.

His story...ending with a 20 year sentence.

RICHARD WEYAND SENTENCED TO 5 YEARS PROBATION AND A SLAP ON THE WRIST

RICHARD WEYAND SCHEDULED FOR SENTENCING ON FEBRUARY 18TH, 2015

On March 24th, 2014, the assistant US Attorney Andrew Williams filed an indictment against Richard Weyand. In USA vs. Richard Weyand (Eastern District of Texas) the US Attorney charged Weyand with one felony charge.

"On or about October 21, 2009, in the Eastern District of Texas, Richard Weyand, defendant, willfully made and subscribed a United States Individual Income Tax Return Form 1040, for calendar year 2008, which was verified by written declaration under the penalties of perjury and which he did not believe true and correct as to every material matter, in that Form 1040 did not reflect the defendants had additional taxable income of $101,000 in 2008 over and above what was reflected, when he knew that he had such taxable income exceeding the amount stated on the Form 1040".

This is in violation of Making and Subscribing false Tax Returns. Penalty is Imprisonment for not more than three years; a fine of not more than $250,000, a term of supervised release of not more than one year.

On May 5th, 2014, the Judge accepted a guilty plea from the defendant. Sentencing will take place on February 18th, 2015.

Reading between the lines, it appears that those interested parties supporting Kelly G Rogers have successfully exacted their revenge on Weyand who it would appear is about to become a convicted felon.
