Apparently, someone is filing a new lawsuit against him and knew exactly what courtroom he could be found.
We need to find out if this was a new civil or criminal lawsuit or just fan mail from an admirer.

Kelly G Rogers Served With Papers in Courtroom
Apparently, someone is filing a new lawsuit against him and knew exactly what courtroom he could be found.
We need to find out if this was a new civil or criminal lawsuit or just fan mail from an admirer.

I wonder what the jury thought?
I vote for his wife divorcing him. She knows he's a piece of crap (and so is she, but losers can't be too picky), knows where he was located, and wants to get as much unattached money from him as she can before he's sued to oblivion. He may even be in on it, trying for sympathy and/or a mistrial.
Curious ... who were the witnesses today?
what was his reaction to whatever he was "served"?
Was Rogers former partner "Richard Weyand" there that he did business projects with?
I don't know what Richard Weyand looks like, can you describe him, or better yet, provide a picture of him?
Richard Weyand is not attending the trial. Once again, someone is obsessing over Rick Weyand. This is not about Rick. It's about Kelly Rogers.
