CONVICTED FELON KELLY G ROGERS ENTERS PAROLE REVIEW

He was sentenced to 20 years in the Texas prison system. Under Texas law, his projected release date is June of 2022. Rogers stole money from investors who purchased royalty interests in non-existent oil and gas drilling projects, according to officials with the Texas State Securities Board. Officials described his victims as an Oklahoma oil and gas investor, two partners in a separate Oklahoma investment company, a neighbor in Frisco, and a longtime acquaintance.
