Kelly G Rogers DENIED Parole!

On Thursday, May 26th, 2016 the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Parole board DENIED Kelly G Rogers'parole. Instead, the board scheduled the next review for May of 2017 and called it a day.

I found this in the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles handbook for criminals; "What if parole is denied? If an offender is denied parole, he or she is given either a Serve-All (SA) or a Next Review (NR) date. NR vote means that the parole panel has decided the offender is not ready for parole but that a subsequent review should be conducted at a specified future date within one to five years for offenders serving a sentence listed in §508.149(a), Government Code, and one year for an offender not serving a sentence under §508.149(a) Government Code."

So the moral of the story, you did write letters to the Parole board and they read each and every one of them. The denial code was called an 11d but no other explanation was provided.

The stark reality Rogers is absorbing this Memorial Day weekend is another year of his life is slipping away while locked up at POWLEDGE prison.

*****UPDATE: Email from the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole offered clarification on the meaning of 11d:

11D - (violation of trust; abuse of trust).

That figures.

Kelly G Rogers currently in Parole Process

If you have not written your letter to the Parole board and you got screwed by Kelly G Rogers, shame on you!

According the the TDCJ website, Rogers' is under a Parole review.

From the Website

The parole review process begins approximately six months before the parole eligibility date for a first review and four months before the eligibility date in additional reviews. The process begins with the offender's file being reviewed for all appropriate documents, including letters of support and protest. An Institutional Parole Officer reviews the file and interviews the offender before preparing a case summary for the Board voting panel. The Board normally will vote on the case just prior to the parole eligibility date.

Last chance to make a difference in keeping this idiot in jail.

While Kelly G Rogers rots in a Texas jail, Kelly G. Rogers gets arrested in Florida!

How ironic this women has the name Kelly G Rogers? Odds makers in Las Vegas set odds of landing in jail if you're named Kelly G Rogers at 2:1.

Speaking of odds, have you written the Texas Parole board about the perils of letting Rogers out of jail in June of 2016? Don't be a free loader, contribute. It take all of us to present the dangers of allowing a pathological liar back on the streets now or anytime in the next 20 years.

Get busy, here's the address.

Kelly G Rogers moved to Powledge Unit Prison

***Updated on August 17th, 2015***

Kelly G Rogers has been moved to the Powledge Unit Prison in Palestine, TX within the past 30 days.

This is the SIXTH prison visited since he was incarcerated in May of 2014. Other visits included the Collin County Jail, Gurnee Transfer Faculty, Dallas City Jail, Hamilton Prison, Middleton prison and now the Powledge Unit Prison.

The good news is it NOT a transitional prison like the John Middleton Transfer Facility and could indicate they plan to keep him incarcerated for a longer period of time. Rogers is scheduled for a parole hearing in June of 2016 unless the board feels he remains a continued menace to society.

Letter written by those who were scammed by Rogers has a direct impact and carry significant gravity on the decision makers on the parole board. Let all do our part to make sure his stay is worthwhile for him.

Here's the kind of guy Kelly Rogers really is. A comment on August 10th, 2015 reads;
"As a small business owner, I did work for Kelly Rogers. At the completion of the project, he just refused to pay my balance. He assured me that he had a lot of money and that he is a lawyer and I will NEVER see my money owed. He was right, I NEVER got paid. :((

Send you letter to the parole board. Need we say more.

Former Attorney Kelly G Rogers moved to Middleton Prison

Memorial Day is a time to remember all those who fought and died to protect the Freedoms we enjoy each and every day. Most of us take those freedoms for granted.
So on this Memorial day, enjoy the fact that this guy is NOT enjoying ANY freedom at all!
His name is Kelly Gordon Rogers. In fact, Rogers was recently moved out of the Dallas County Jail (Transferred to testify against Richard Weyand) and into the John W. Middleton Prison in Abilene, TX. Looks like a nice country club to me.
It's a crying shame Carrie has gotten away without doing ANY jail time for her lying, cheating and manipulating. I'd love to hear how she is explaining the entire episode to others to cover-up her role in their fleecing of friends and business associates.
