In the state of Texas, for each 1 year served, it equates to 2 or 3. That's how it goes from 2034 to 2022. Apparently, Rogers was the only scumbag who was so arrogant he became reckless. He needed to go to jail. As for the other scumbags, who are you talking about?
Apparently there wasn't enough evidence against the others to the level of beyond a reasonable doubt.
The actual amount of time served can extend beyond the projected date IF AND ONLY IF enough people send in a protest letter. I've done one every single year, how 'bout YOU?
