His hiring of Mr. Garza may possibly explain why Rogers was spotted a few weekends ago moving furniture from his 18 Stonebriar Way, Frisco, TX 75034 rented home. Smith is an attorney in private practice, a former chief felony prosecutor for the Collin County District Attorney's Office and a former assistant district attorney of Kaufman County. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas District and County Attorney's Association, and a former member of the Collin County Young Lawyers Association.
