Kelly Rogers:" I never had to compromise my Ethics and Morals"

Ladies and Gentlemen, Amway diamond Kelly Rogers and his now famous quote; "What ever I did, I never had to compromise the really important things in my life. I never had to compromise my morals, I never had to compromise my ethics, and I never had to compromise, believe it or not, time with my family".

Don't forget to write your letter to the Parole board about this ethical giant.

RICHARD WEYAND SCHEDULED FOR SENTENCING ON FEBRUARY 18TH, 2015

On March 24th, 2014, the assistant US Attorney Andrew Williams filed an indictment against Richard Weyand. In USA vs. Richard Weyand (Eastern District of Texas) the US Attorney charged Weyand with one felony charge.

"On or about October 21, 2009, in the Eastern District of Texas, Richard Weyand, defendant, willfully made and subscribed a United States Individual Income Tax Return Form 1040, for calendar year 2008, which was verified by written declaration under the penalties of perjury and which he did not believe true and correct as to every material matter, in that Form 1040 did not reflect the defendants had additional taxable income of $101,000 in 2008 over and above what was reflected, when he knew that he had such taxable income exceeding the amount stated on the Form 1040".

This is in violation of Making and Subscribing false Tax Returns. Penalty is Imprisonment for not more than three years; a fine of not more than $250,000, a term of supervised release of not more than one year.

On May 5th, 2014, the Judge accepted a guilty plea from the defendant. Sentencing will take place on February 18th, 2015.

Reading between the lines, it appears that those interested parties supporting Kelly G Rogers have successfully exacted their revenge on Weyand who it would appear is about to become a convicted felon.

REGULATOR IDENTIFIES TOP 10 INVESTOR THREATS & CALL OUT KELLY G ROGERS

On November 14th, 2014, the Texas State Security Board released a presser identifying the "TOP 10 INVESTOR THREATS".

Guess who was called out for Oil and Gas investments (last on the list)? Kelly Gordon Rogers.

"Oil and Gas investments are highly speculative and complex. It is difficult for a potential investor to investigate a promoter’s claims about how much oil or gas will be produced, the time it will take to start production, and how the investment is structured will affect revenue and potential profits. In addition, not all investors in oil and gas projects have the expertise to decipher geological maps, production reports, and filings with state energy regulators. Investors should not rely solely on the promoter’s promises about any aspect of the investment. It’s also critical to know the background of the promoters – some may be inexperienced or have repeatedly failed in previous ventures, but not disclosed those facts to investors.Even if the underlying project is legitimate, any revenue realized can be negated by commissions and other fees or expenses skimmed off by the managing partner, who typically sets the terms and timing of payments to investors. Interests in general partnerships or joint ventures are often non-transferable and illiquid".

Kelly Gordon Rogers Moved to Hamilton Prison

First, we had to laugh when we found this blog site set up by Kelly G Rogers. If you want to brighten up your day, click on this photo below and read about Kelly Gordon Rogers, aka "Investment Advisor".

Second, Felon Kelly G Rogers was recently transferred to the J. W. Hamilton Prison at 200 Lee Morrison Lane, Bryan, TX. A lovely facility and this from a former attendee;

"The staff are okay but the Warden is very nice in my opinion. They have AC which is nice for the guys and cable TV. They cannot receive any books, magazines and no radios. It's all about their class and they have lots of homework and do the program 7 days week. Oh-and they are encouraged to confront each other on their behavior, have to walk with their hands behind their backs and refer to those in their dorm as their family. It's totally different from regular facilities and something for the guys to get used to. However, if he's serious about making a better life for himself he'll get a great deal of information to prepare him".

Remember, Rogers will be denied a parole hearing (scheduled for a year from August) if you'll get off your butt and write a letter to the parole board and explain what he did to you and why he should stay in jail. You can get the address here.

Third, 16 Texas Lawyers Disciplined on January List from Mary Flood (Thank you Mary!):

SUPREME COURT OF TEXAS CANCELS KELLY G ROGERS LAW LICENSE

On November 26th, 2014, the Supreme Court of Texas cancelled Kelly G Rogers of Frisco, Texas law license. This action is in response to Rogers' having resigned his license rather than going in front of the BOARD OF DISCIPLANARY APPEALS and getting smacked down for his bad behavior.

To review that behavior, Kelly G Rogers was sentenced to a 20-years in prison for stealing $1.3 million from investors in a fraudulent oil and gas schemes and hiding his track record of violating securities laws. Collin County prosecutors began their pursuit of Rogers in 2009, after he was indicted on a felony charge of misappropriation of fiduciary property, court records indicate. As that case developed, Rogers was hit with six more felony charges in mid-2012 including theft, money laundering and securities fraud in connection with the investment scam. Prosecutors estimated at the time that Rogers had stolen in excess of $2.8 million from his victims.

"Therefore, the law license of Kelly G. Rogers of Frisco, Texas, State Bar Card Number 17194020 is canceled".

"Consequently, Kelly G. Rogers is prohibited from practicing law in the State of Texas. He is prohibited from holding himself out as an attorney at law, performing legal services for others, giving legal advice to others, accepting any fee directly or indirectly for legal services, appearing as counsel or in any representative capacity in any proceeding in any Texas court or before any Texas administrative body (whether state, county, municipal, or other), or holding himself out to others or using his name in any manner in conjunction with the words "Attorney at Law," "Counselor at Law," or "Lawyer."

"And the Court further concludes that acceptance of the resignation of Kelly G. Rogers is in the BEST interest of the PUBLIC and the profession".

Did you get that? He is prohibited from holding himself out as an attorney at law. No longer can he pose as a "Big Shot" Know-it-all Lawyer and raise money from unsuspecting investors. It's over. He's toast. No longer a pariah hunting unsuspecting citizens. BOOM.

JUSTICE IS SERVED. Now it's up to you to WRITE YOUR LETTERS to the Texas State Board of Pardons and Parole explaining why Kelly G Rogers should NOT get a Parole hearing after serving two years and should not be let out of jail.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING
