A motion has been filed on Attorney Kelly Rogers' behalf for a continuance. WHAT? The most current updates are always found under case: 380-81036-2012.

If they let this get delayed for 6 more months, it would serve as more anguish to the harmed parties. It's been almost 5 years since this creep was indicted. I suspect his lawyer will have a conflict of some sorts, since Mitchell Nolte does Court appointed work. The cases need to move forward, Judge Rusch is normally unsympathetic towards Con menesque defendants, so let's hope if it is continued, it is for a month at best. Finally, what's the story on the Motion to Vacate? Just put this vermin in jail already.
The motion to vacate is concerning the former bail bondman Tom Benson. I think he's trying to the original bond money back that Carrie's bad, Carrie and Kelly put up. That shouldn't interfere with the proceedings.
